The Township Office is now officially reopened.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE SYMPTOMS RELATED TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS PLEASE STAY HOME.
Visitors are asked to follow the signage at the front of the office building and to respect physical distancing at all times.
The new temporary entrance is on the right side of the newly installed wire fencing.
Visitors will enter along the side of the building, stop at the window as signage directs to receive further instruction. Only one or more persons from the same household will be allowed into the building at a time. When directed visitors will proceed into the building.
Upon entry visitors will sanitize their hands using the dispenser inside the office foyer.
Staff interaction with visitors will be at the counter only. There is a safety barrier in place between staff and visitors.
Visitors will exit through the opening in the fencing immediately in front of the office entrance as signage directs.
Visitors are asked to bring their own pen if they are going to be required to sign a document.
Public washrooms are not available at this time.
There is a day time drop box on the wire fence so that visitors can drop off payments during the day without going through the office entry procedure as mentioned above. A secure drop box is available at the main entrance to the office after hours.
Residents are asked to only visit the office when required. Phone calls – 613 -628-2080 and emails are welcome for enquiries. Email listings can be found on the Township website at http://nalgonawil.com/ under the heading Contact Us.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we all strive to limit the spread of COVID – 19.
