POLICE SEARCH FOR MISSING MAN

 

       
(PEMBROKE, ON) –The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently searching for a missing 22 year old male from Pembroke.
Stefan YONKEU was last seen on foot after leaving a residence on Cecil Street in the City of Pembroke at approximately 8:30 a.m. on April 1, 2021. His intended destination is unknown at this time. YONKEU is non-verbal and will not likely approach anyone or speak if approached.
YONKEU is described as:
•Black male, 5’6” tall, slim build
•Wearing a black jacket with red lining, black sweat pants, green long sleevedshirt and black shoes.
OPP’s Canine Unit has been engaged to assist with the search. Police are concerned for YONKEU’s well-being.
