The County of Renfrew’s Service Delivery Review Project began in 2017, with a comprehensive Service Delivery Review combined with a Service Delivery Improvement Project created staff and service savings by focussing on shared services and utilizing a “one window” approach to service delivery. Additional benefits were realized from renovations/reorganization of buildings for accessibility, filing, security, maintenance, IT systems, and customer service.  These types of changes create a savings for municipalities, simply by re-examining service delivery, resulting in reduction of operational and capital asset costs.  To learn more about the County of Renfrew visit our website at: www.countyofrenfrew.on.ca
