North Algona Wilberforce Township

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of North Algona Wilberforce Township proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and sell to the owners of the land abutting same those parts of the original road allowance along the North Side of the Bonnechere River in front of Lot 5, Concession 1, in the Geographic Township of Wilberforce within the Municipality laid out as Part 1 on Reference Plan 49R-20228.

COPIES of the proposed By-law and Reference Plan 49R-20228 are available for inspection at the Municipal Office, 1091 Shaw Woods Road, Eganville, Ontario K0J 1T0 during normal business hours.

THE PROPOSED By-law will come before the Council for consideration at a public meeting to be held virtually on the 18^th day of April, 2023 at the hour of 6:45 o’clock p.m., and at that time the Council will hear any person who wishes to make representations with respect to the proposed By-law and who applies to be heard.

A link to the meeting will be included on the April 18, 2023, Council agenda. A virtual meeting is being held due to the limited seating capacity in the Council Chamber.

If you wish to speak at the Public Meeting, you are asked to register in advance no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 14^th, 2023, by email at clerk@nalgonawil.com or by phone at 613-628-2080.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, written submissions may be submitted to the Clerk at clerk@nalgonawil.com before 3:00 p.m. on April 14^th, 2023.
