About Us

Established in 2013, The Cottage Cup serves the Highway 60, Algonquin Park corridor and surrounding lakeside communities. Whether its Canadian cottage style gifts, trending fashion, local lake ware, or delectable eats from their street food style patio, this unique store has something for everyone.  Owners Donaven and Amanda Welk have focused their efforts on variety and staying true to their desire to serve the seasonal and transient visitors that visit them daily. Customer Service and the ability to provide memories for every customer through their doors, has allowed them to build a customer base that returns to the store annually as they cottage, camp and travel through the area. This historic log building with the big atmosphere has become a staple on the Highway 60 corridor for many, and is true to its theme that “Every visit is a memory.”

The Ice Cream Shack

In our summer months, we have our Ice Cream Shack location conveniently right outside the store! Our ice cream and famous milkshakes are the perfect way to treat yourself on hot summer days!

The Store

We are known for our amazing coffee beans and loose leaf teas. However, hot beverages are not the only thing we are known for. Stop by to see our lake wear, ladies’ fashion, pajamas, and so much more! 

You must have a Buttertart when visiting too! All hand made in house!
